Earth Day Festival At the World's Fair Pavilion Opening Ceremony10:30 am An interfaith celebration of water. Highlights Over 80 booths, fun, food, and educational activities. Visit the Water Exploration Tent (WET) with live animals & dozens of hands-on aquatic activities for kids. Hear Native American storytelling and view World Bird Sanctuary Shows sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Try your hand at petting sharks from the St. Louis Children's Aquarium. See the EarthLinks Art Bus painting in progress. Take home one of 10,000 FREE trees given away by the Mo. Dept. of Conservation. Walk the Earth Labyrinth. Enter a 425 square foot, 16 ft. tall nature dome, the "Native Experience". For more information call 314-962-5838. Be earth friendly ride your bike or take public transportation to the park. Or, park in the Upper Muny Parking lot. Mini Boat Regatta 1 - 2 pm. Make a mini boat from recycled materials and bring it to the festival. Prizes for all, celebrity judges.
