St. Louis was founded at the confluence of two mighty rivers. As we enter the 21st century, water quality and quantity are once again critical factors in the health of a community. Speakers and panelists discuss what we know about rivers and streams, and the value of returning the rivers to a central place in the life of our community. $50; $25 for Plenary Panel and Reception.
